Sometimes, you don’t think about how something so far away can hit so close to home. Last night I found out that my brother’s roommate, who’s studying abroad in London this summer, was in Paris last night with the group when the attacks happened. They’re all ok and leaving Paris tomorrow, but it’s a reminder of how close and personal a tragedy like this could become. To all those who lost loved ones and all those in France, you’re in our thoughts and prayers.
